There are two common draft day strategies. Some teams draft for a specific need – if they need a wide-receiver they take the best one available even though better athletes are still on the board. Other teams take the best athlete available. For our next team member we’re looking for an interesting blend of talents and passions – are you a world-class graphic designer and sports fan?

You must demonstrate a high level of creative ability, and be awesome with the Adobe Creative Suite in a Mac environment. A solid grasp of web design principles and a good understanding of front-end web technologies (CSS, HTML, XHTML, JavaScript) is a plus. You must also demonstrate a strong understanding of statistics and a keen sense of detail. Of course, you must be a sports fan – a rabid European football fanatic would be great! You’ll score additional points if you’re a BlackBerry subscriber.
